On a List Control Form, is it possible to remove the option to "add filter" so it's always the default filters ?
I want to prevent a user to add a new filter or delete one of the filters already defined

No, it is some thing OOTB and it is on core form , I doubt we can remove this. Any reason to remove this?

If they play with the filters, they will have the ability to add any asset to a hardware disposal order, and we dont want that, that's why we need default filters to be read only
