Discovery Source "Engineeering Software"

Hi,

We can see some CI records updated with Discovery Source as "Engineering Software".

We know that it is relatedc to "Software Asset Management". But we need help on finding out which transform map/scheduled job/script creating Software/computer records with Discovery Source as "Engineering Software".

Hi @ponranjitham ,

 

Thats should be manual, you need to verify your  Data source from where record are updating, Also you can use the IH-ERL to check the data source and mappings.

The source should be most likely an integration with Open LM or Open IT which is explained in the following URL:

Check for data sources, transform maps or scheduled jobs containing the keywords Open LM or Open IT
