How to populate the choice field in computer table based on user field table

Hi Team,

 

I have user table in user table Dev field is there 

User Table : Dev PC (drop down) YES/No 

If Dev pc = Yes(drop down) then in computer table Developer pc should Yes. If no then Developer PC No.

 

If the “Assigned To” is Developer PC then the “SW Developer PC” value should change to Yes and RU Name should be PC_Developer. If “Assigned To” is not a SW Developer PC then “SW Developer PC” value should be No and RU Name will be PC_Standard or PC_VIPC or PC_Manufacturing PC
