Is it possible to create a copy of the CMDB Completeness scorecard and utilize it for a particular set of classes? We would want to keep the OOTB CMDB Health Dashboard and CMDB Completeness Scorecard as it is but we have requirement to have a separate dashboard for a particular set of classes which would give us the count and status of recommended and required fields (how many records do not contain data for these required & recommended fields similar to what we have in Completeness Scorecard). Is this possible to build a separate Completeness Scorecard KPI as such?
Appreciate your help! Thanks!

Thanks! We were able to modify reports from CMDB Completeness Dashboard but the concern is with the CMDB Completeness Scorecard, how can we make a copy of that as it is not a report? Also, we would need to create separate completeness scoreboard for each class separately too so that when a user clicks on scoreboard which displays the details of all the grouped classes then the user should get redirected to another dashboard which displays the completeness scorecard for each class. Is this configurable? if yes, then how?

These scorecards and cmdb OOTB dashboard cannot be copied as far as i know. These are hardcoded by servicenow.
You can raise enhancement request to them and can raise your request .
If You want separate classless, use cmdb group dashboard
here you can add your own custom classes or group of classes. Also when you click on the score in the score card of any cmdb dashboard, it will redirect to new dashboard score individually for that score card. completeness, complaince, correctness separately on click on scorecards
Mark answer as correct if its helpful

This means that, for Completeness KPI, your CMDB is 90% Healthy and 10% requires attention. the Same Logic applies Correctness Scorecard which is 66% and Compliance Scorecard which is 10%.

Hi
As far as I know short answer to your question is NO. It is not possible to replicate as the piece of code is not exposed to us to make the changes or replicate it.
What you can do as a alternative solution which you may try here is you need to go through the logic on how this KPI works internally and create a custom KPI metric or report and see if that helps.
Sharing the link below which will make you know how ServiceNow calculates it:
https://dev97348.service-now.com/$pa_dashboard.do?sysparm_dashboard=0b35c80ceb10220078e44d3df106fe61&sysparm_tab=7bb50c0ceb10220078e44d3df106fe66&sysparm_cancelable=true&sysparm_editable=false&sysparm_active_panel=false
Hope this helps. Please mark the answer as correct/helpful based on impact.
