ETA for ITOM and chatbaot part of ITSM pro configuration

I would like to understand the estimated configuration effort (ETA) for implementing ITOM and the chatbot component of ITSM Pro. Since I do not have much experience with ITOM and chatbot configurations, it would be helpful to get a rough estimate of the implementation timeline.
Additionally, it would be great if someone could outline the key activities involved in ITOM configuration and setup.

That completely depends on the scope and what is already in place. Also the availability of the business will play a role. It's impossible to just say 'implementing ITOM will take this much time'. And the same goes for the chatbot. Starting with 'which bot' (from legacy bot to AI) and also what it should do or not.
These topics are very difficult to estimate even when knowing the details. Without them, any answer you get is a huge guess.
