Hello,
I have few queries on 'Principal CI Class'
1. How are you utlizing and/or managing the benefits of 'Principal CI Class' on Incident form?
Option 1 - ServiceNow suggests to mark all the important devices classes like servers, network devices etc + mark 'Application services' (not to mark other conceptual objects like Business applications etc)
Option 2 - also tells that, allow CI field to narrow down the list based on Services and offerings.
So I am just looking to know how are you utilizing this today on INC form?
2. I see that 'Principal CI Class' applicable for new customers only. I did check in old instances and its not working. How to enable for old customers?

Principle CI classes are those classes on which you want to create any type of task. If CMDB have large chunk of data then this greatly help in filtering the records on the task forms.
As far as I have seen it is used all customer. Please clarify which version the old customers are using.

Since New York and Orlando customers are using ServiceNow and for those instances, Principal CI class feature is not getting applied though we created the relevant system property. We tested in new zbooted instance and a new Utah instance and it works there.
