Filtering Staleness metric for remove undiscoverable devices

We run Discovery, several Service Graphs, and other integrations.  However, there is a portion of our landscape is protected behind firewalls and we do not currently update with automated sources.  We do have several Service Offerings that are related via manual process that help us determine where CI might be located.  How can we filter the Staleness metric or Health Inclusion Rules so these CIs are not reflected on the CMDB Health dashboard.

You need to determine some criteria (E.g. Location or Name or some other attribute) to identify these CIs. Then create Health Inclusion Rules that applies to staleness metric for each CI class with the relevant filters.
