Getting Import Set Errors in Transform History: ABANDONED Due to Many Errors

Hello All,
We are getting Errors in Transform History.
Import Set State as "Complete with Errors".
Error Details:
Identification Reconciliation Engine(IRE) Processing errors->
1: ABANDONED: Abandoned due to too many errors
2: Multiple paths leading to the same destination: [class:cmdb_ci_appl, sys_id:4df1be8f87994610128033b40cbb352a] -> [class:cmdb_ci_linux_server, sys_id:e08f8a241bf90214ed6241d7bd4bcb39]
3: Found multiple dependent relation items [{"parent":0,"child":0,"parent_id":"9569cc24874a4210cd74cc17cc5569ca","child_id":"1569cc241f4a42103739922abe7499d3","type":"Runs on::Runs","sys_rel_source_info":{"source_feed":"SGO-Dynatrace Services","source_name":"SGO-Dynatrace"}}] and [{"parent":0,"child":0,"parent_id":"9569cc24874a4210cd74cc17cc5569ca","child_id":"9169cc244e4a42108ab84505a25977d3","type":"Runs on::Runs","sys_rel_source_info":{"source_feed":"SGO-Dynatrace Services","source_name":"SGO-Dynatrace"}}] in payload
can someone please help me on this, what is the exact issue for these type of errors and how we can fix it?

You should try doing this in IH ETL. Their you can see the errors properly. Check your target class where you are trying to insert the record check the dependent relationships. That is missing and causing the issue.

I am also facing the same issue in the Dynatrace integration with the same data source.
@sattar3 Did the issue got resolved? What actions you have taken to solve the issue ?

@EkkaluriV we contacted the ServiceNow support team, they updated related Script include after that it worked without any issues.
