I have a published SN report that lists a number of Business Applications based on condition filters. The published URL for the report is getting emailed to ITIL and non-ITIL users in order to view.
Unfortunately the report is showing empty when attempting to view from the email link itself. If the user logs into a SN instance on a different tab and refreshes the report, the data is visible.
I have been able to resolve this by creating an ACL for ALL users to have 'read' rights to the cmdb_ci_business_app table. But I am unsure if this is correct way to address this, and if this affects licensing at all?
