I've setup our SolarWinds SGC and it is pulling assets daily into our CMDB tables.
One question I'm unsure of: How are inactive/retired/removed assets handled?
For example, a network adapter goes bad and is replaced. SolarWinds will pick up the new asset but how will the old one be identified as inactive and retired/decomm'd in the CMDB?
