How the CMDB health results Description is populating for required and recommended metric

How the description is populating in cmdb_health_results table  for required and recommended metric.

Can someone help me on the query

@Saurav The "cloud discovery" source is only for staleness where its reported by cloud discovery that the corresponding CI is stale, for remaining other metrics it will always be "Cmdb Health Audit"
