How to change name displayed on Dependency view?

Hi,

I'm not sure where I should go to change name displayed on Dependency view.
If this view is configurable, where do I have to go in the instance to change it?

The value displayed in the dependency tree is read from the field marked as the Display field on the table.

In cmdb_ci_email_server for 'Display' none of the fields are set to true.

Hi,

The way this works is those Names cannot be changed from Dependency View. Dependency view just pulls it from respective Tables.

For example in your above screenshot, there are few Email Server say for example:"IronMail-SD-01" . This value gets pulled from the Table "Email Server (cmdb_ci_email_server)". So in order to change the Name you need to change it in the Name field of this Table as below:

Yes, you are correct the Table does not have a Display Value as true but when there is no Display Value as True it by default takes up the Name field of the Table.
