Please help me create Remediation tasks for CMDB data and assign them to the Service Desk group.

What is purpose of remediation task ? or you want to certify the data. Use Data Certification.

You can create remediation rule in this case, bcz remediation task as term used in SecOps. Or create a workflow/ flow to create task based on conditions.

You can do that by setting the 'Task Assignee Group' to Service desk for the required metric from Configuration > Health Preferences. This is explained in the below URL:
