we have multiple existing mid servers, now we would like to discover DMZ based servers/CI's.
Could you please help us to know how to configure our mid servers with DMZ network(what accesses need and what credentials need)?

My suggestion is place a mid server in DMZ zone to discover the DMZ Device with correct Credetails, Also if not possible to place a mid server then ask customer to enable the firewall policies from Mid Server to Destination host.
Please appreciate the efforts of community contributors by marking appropriate response as correct answer and helpful, this may help other community users to follow correct solution in future.

I believe that if the mid is in the dmz, it should just work...if it is not, you just need your firewall adjusted to allow the traffic from the mid_server to the dmz.
Perhaps this would help with some more specific detail - MID Server Prerequisites - Connections to allow list for the MID Server - Support and Troubleshootin... or MID Server Fundamentals - Support and Troubleshooting (servicenow.com)
