How to filter OUT ip address ending with .1, .2 and .3 in CI list search

In CMDB, i would like to "filter out"  ip address ending with .1, .2 and .3 in CI list search.

How to achieve this in LIST search or via report ?

Filterout won't work with a right-click here. You need to add a condition like this with an "OR" operator.
