How to handle uninstallation in Software Inventory (Installation) CI

Hello experts,

I am currently thinking about how to manage software inventory (installation) using ServiceNow. There are several ways to collect software installation, such as Discovery, SCCM, and Manual, but our users are considering implementing SCCM and Manual import.

We have installed the SAM Foundation plugin, so we plan to import software installation information into the [cmdb_sam_sw_install] table.

■Problem
What I am worried about is that when updating software installations that need to be imported manually, I do not know how to handle or delete software that has already been uninstalled.

SCCM is effective for Windows devices, but when collecting software installations for non-Windows devices, we plan to implement Manual import.

If there is a difference due to uninstallation between the information imported manually last time and the information to be imported this time, how should I delete or handle the uninstalled software installation?
