How to install Discovery plugin for PDI?

Due to recent changes on Servicenow Developer login page , not able to install Discovery plugin.

Please help me the steps.

Please navigate to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do

Once you hover on that plugin you can see option to activate it

What error are you getting? Or are you unable to see where to go to access that plugin?
