Discovery plugin not getting installed on PDI

I tried installing Discovery Plugin on PDI. It ran for somtime & then it got failed.

Receieved email from DevPortal about the failure.

Under products you can see discovery product with this id (com.snc.discovery) install this.

Except trying the reinstallation of the plugin, there is very little you can do in this case as there is no support available for the PDI related issues from ServiceNow.

Hi there,

 

Did you actually verify the failure within your instance? These failure emails are a known thing (or used to be, have seen hundreds of these questions on the community, just not the past few months).

 

So do verify in your instance please. If you check an hour after the failure email, most likely it is just installed perfectly fine.
