I have developed a custom component for my scoped application
Generally when it get's published it will be available for customers to install it.
My question is how can add my scope's custom component into SOW, since I want incident and sys_id to pass as a parameter to custom component.
I know how to add custom component through UI builder and it is working fine as well but let's us say customer don't want to modify OOTB configurations SOW.
