How to prevent deduplication Task creation for a specific serial number and state

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to prevent the deduplication Task creation for a specific serial numbers , also for specific state. because currently tasks are created even for retired Cis. how to write the rule for this exclusion?

and what it is what you created? Is it a business rule, scheduled job or what are we talking about?

You need to write health inclusion rule for this. With this you can stop cmdb health from using retired CI's.
