Hi @xujingxu ,
In servicenow PDI email sending properties are disabled by default. Even after enabling you will not be able to send or receive e-mails using PDI. But if you are using company instance then please follow the below steps:
- Check the email properties if sending property is enabled or not. If not enabled, please enable it.
- Now go to the record from where you want to send the email, for eg. Incident and the click on the 3 dots icon which is just beside follow button and click email to compose your email. Once you are done composing your email you can click "send" to send the email.
There are other ways to send the email depending upon your requirement which you can explore as well, for example: triggering notification via events or via flow designer etc.
