I need a pop-up message while deleting the configuration item from cmdb ? Please provide Solution

There is a  requirement for  showing a pop-up message  when any one deleting the configuration item from any table

are you simply looking for a pop-up which just displays a message when the "delete" UI action (button) is used?

IE - click "OK" but the delete still happens...?

Actually i want  that pop up that should ask to me whether you are sure that ci should be deleted or not ? if i selectt yes only then the deletion should happen
