Hi all,
I use IntegrationHub ETL for a CMDB integration. We want to ensure that this data source can only update existing CIs but not creating new ones. In the past Data Source Rules was made for this purpose. But I tested it and it seems not to work anymore, new CIs are still inserted. Does anyone have experience with that issue?

Hi Sandeep,
thanks for this hint, but this I configured correct. The root cause, why it wasn't working was wrong Application Scope. I greated it accidently in an App Scope and it must be in global scope to work.

I have cross checked this on an Out of box instance of Sandiego and it is working as expected. Can you cross check on your record and check if the insert_not_allowed flag is set to true.
