I have created a custom table extended from Configuration Item table. It has some custom fields. I have created Reconciliation definition and created Identifier rules. For Identifier rule, there is a field called "ABC ID". So, I have used this custom attribute for identification.
I see it's not working. Is there other process to be followed for custom fields?

Hi @Neha Sharan1 ,
You are on the right path. It would be easy to troubleshoot your issue if you share a snap of your rule and sample data.
Ensure your Identification rule is applied to your custom table. Check if there are any parent table rules that are enforced on your custom table. You can validate these details by navigating to CI Class manager.
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful or correct.
Thanks,

What is the scenario in which this is not working? Identification rules won't be considered in the following 2 scenarios:
1. Manual data loads which are NOT done using integration hub ETL
2. 3rd party tool integrations which are NOT done using Service Graph Connector
