Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to import data that are in "smart sheets" to service now or does it needs to be converted in any file extension.
Could you please share if there are any documents to read about it.
Help would be highly appreciated.
Thanks

Hello Nagalakshmi,
Please refer below diagram and the available file extensions to import the data in the import sets.

Yes, it's possible to import data from Smart Sheets into ServiceNow. No need to convert files, ServiceNow supports direct import.
Here's how you can do it:
- Export your data from Smart Sheets into a compatible format like CSV (Comma Separated Values).
- Log in to your ServiceNow instance.
- Navigate to the appropriate module where you want to import the data.
- Look for the import option, usually found in the administration or settings section.
- Follow the prompts to upload your CSV file.
- Map the fields from your CSV file to the corresponding fields in ServiceNow.
- Review the import summary and confirm to complete the import process.
As for documentation:
- ServiceNow's official documentation library is a great resource.
- Search for "importing data" or "data import" in the documentation search bar.
- You'll find detailed guides and tutorials on how to import data from various sources, including spreadsheets like Smart Sheets.
