Hello All,
There is soap integration is done between BMC Remedy and Service Now for incident and request. Incident response is working fine . But there is error showing for Request :
HTTPS Status :500
Please help me how to resolve it . Just attaching the screenshot of the scripting . Kindly help how to fix .There are so many views. Can anyone help here.
