Hi,
We have a large number of HAM licenses and a small number of ITOM discovery licenses too. Now, when HAM Service Graph Connectors discover end-user devices, then with assets CIs in the computer class are also created. Now, because the ITOM discovery counts computers as licensable records, the CIs are also counted in ITOM discovery. How can we prevent these CIs from being counted towards ITOM?

@Sahil Dhadwal When the computer CI's are discovered as part of HAM SG, they will automatically get entries into the CMDB as computer CI's. This is inevitable. You can't have Computer CI only in HAM not in CMDB. Servicenow charges one license for 4 computers.
You can speak with Servicenow Spoc for your organization and explain the double charge on computer CI's. They might get the license removed from HAM for computer CI's or in CMDB. But technically, we can't creation of each other.

I am trying to make our ServiceNow Spoc understand this, but he just keeps on replying that you might have configured ITOM wrong, and it's working as expected. Their sales team is just trying to push their professional services package to rectify this, but ideally, they should rectify this with an exclusion rule which only ServiceNow can create.
