We are currently using JEA for Windows Servers and SSH for Linux with Discovery. We are wanting to explore Agent Client Collector so we have configured our TEST instance MID server according to the documentation, and installed ACC on a Windows and a Linux server for testing. I am getting credentialing errors regarding the JEA and SSH for each. The CIs will not classify, therefor, not populating the CMDB since we added the Agent. Any ideas what I can check or why they are not working together?
