Mail notification from Owner group

ISsue  :- It is an owner group. when we try to send email on that group email id, that mail notification receive all member of that group except Group manager.
if Manager also try to send mail on that group email then receive all member but self manager not received

we found only one difference than other group, this is owner group
can senone provide solution why like this happening ?
due to owner group or something else.

@kumar-alokso by default Group Owners on the sys_user_group table are not automatically included as group members, because being a group member means you automatically get all the roles associated to a group & ServiceNow have use cases where that may not be required/needed, so normally you have to add the Group Owner as a member as well separately.

Also all notifications in ServiceNow by default exclude the person who generated the notification to help prevent duplication.

Look at the 'Exclude manager' field on each of those groups. It may not show on the form, but you can add it to your list view.
