I have installed the mid server on client network but not appearing in our instance, what could be the possible reason.

Make sure configuration are correct, you need to check the prerequisite of mid server installation. See below blog and compare if you have followed the same step.

Hi @Amit_H please follow below steps.
1. Make sure you install it properly did not skip any steps
2. Go to Services and check weather your mid server is running or not.
3. check your system configuration is it capable to install mid server.

After resetting the password it worked. I was using auto generated password.
