What is the best approach to notify a team when any changes has been logged against a group of CIs?
The team in question does not provide any support or approval for the CIs but needs to be made away when any of the Configuration Items are included as an affected CI in a change.

@Steven Morse Look into the 'Subscribe' functionality on CIs.
There is a KB article about how this works. You'll likely want to automate in some way the subscription to the CIs but I think it'll get you where you want to go.

Sorry My bad. 😞
What is the best approach to notify a team when any changes has been logged against a group of CIs?
Atul: We can create the email notifications.
The team in question does not provide any support or approval for the CIs but needs to be made away when any of the Configuration Items are included as an affected CI in a change.
Atul: My question was, how as user by seeing the change I can CI x/Y /Z are not participating in this change approval? Which means we need some flag to excluded these CI and Group to notify separately.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Im still not entirely clear what you are asking.
The team who needs to be notified is not involved in change approval for these CIs. So the notification would need to be separate from change approval
