On CMDB data dashboard 'Handled Duplicate CIs' showing as zero result

Hi all,
In CMDB data foundation dashboard, this "Handled Duplicate CIs" metric showing zero as result. I remediate most of the de-duplication task still value is not populating. I also go through the playbook which is provided by servicenow but that playbook is not helpful.
If anyone facing the same issue.
