Trying to get this resolved and so far I can not resolve this. Any help will be grat 🙂 The MID Server is up and running with  unresolved issues Which is showing as below "Aborting MID Server upgrade due to pre-upgrade check failure.". See below:

Flow Designer:

java.lang.NullPointerException

failed with error in my step number 2 Rest API Actions Operation failed because no valid MID is available,Please check System Logs..

MID SERVER LOGS SEE BELOW :

The specified mid server with sys_id  is not available

Hi @ARAVINDA11 As mentioned you have to resolve the issue with your MidServer. Please check this support article to resolve the MidServer upgrade issue https://hi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0565184 . 

Once you resolve the MidServer error and validate it, make sure your flow is using the right MidServer and your actions should be successful.

Hi,

I am getting the same errors in spoke actions of Restart Linux and Restart Windows Server, all my MID servers are upgraded successfully when I upgraded all my instances to Xanadu. They are all online. The actions failed in the flow execution intermittently, but when I test the actions along, they both succeeded.
