Hi,
I would like to ask if only "admin" role can setup the Principal Class via CI Class Manager?
Our CMDB Administrators have "sn_cmdb_admin" role and yes, they can access Ci Class Manager but upon accessing the Basic Info of a class to set the Principal Class, the form is grayed out.
Thanks,

You would need itil_admin or admin. Please refer below documentation link

Hi @ejayopiniano ,
To edit the Principal class in CI Class Manager, the following roles are required:
itil_admin and personalize_dictionary: for editing dictionary attributes.
admin: full access by default.
That’s why sn_cmdb_admin alone can view but not update this field.
