Relationship Remediation in CMDB Health dashbord

Hi All,

We are currently working on improving the relationship metrics on the CMDB Health Dashboard. The CMDB Health measures the health of CI relationships using distinct KPIs and metrics.

1. Orphan Relationships:
An orphan relationship occurs when a relationship is missing either a parent or a child. This can typically be addressed through archival rules or by deleting the relationship record.--- Please suggest the best approach

2. Duplicate Relationships:
Duplicate relationships are those that have identical parent, child, and relationship types. We can manage these through the CMDB Duplicate Template Library and bulk remediate the relationship records---> Please suggest the best approach

3. Stale Relationships:
A stale relationship is one where at least one of the CIs involved is stale. If a CI is stale, its associated relationships may also become stale. I am particularly concerned about this issue, as the parent or child records can still be active or operational and may have related relationships. Upon initial review, we've found instances where either the child or parent is stale, especially for records that have not been updated or discovered in over a year.

I would appreciate your insights on the best approach to remediate stale relationships, especially given the challenges posed by dependent relationships
