In my Project Sciencelogic monitoring tool is integrated with CMDB to monitor servers and network devices ( will call it SL below). It is integrated using Rest and plugins.
SL sync the devices with CMDB keeping "SL1 monitored" field true if it is active and is being monitored but if it is not it will turn "SL1 monitored" field to false. Now for few devices this SL1 monitored field is not getting auto falsed even when it is stopped being monitored.
Do anyone have any idea, where to look the mapping in rest api integration fields. We are not using Data source and Transform maps to check this integration. They are using direct Table api to do this.
