Service Graph connector for AWS not classifying servers into Windows/Linux even if SSM is working

Currently working on Service Graph connector for AWS. Configuration is done as per the documentation. Required SSM documents are also added to the accounts.

From a XYZ cloud service account 2 or 3 servers got classified into Windows / Linux however around 10 servers are still in the cmdb_ci_server (Parent Server Class).

My understanding is if SSM is enabled the servers are classified into proper class. In the Service account "XYZ" the SSM is already enabled however not all the server records are getting classified.

Trying to figure out why all 13 servers are not classified into proper server class? Waited for 10 days records are updated every day but OS classification is not happening.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks !!
