Service Graph connector for Microsoft azure data import for Cloud database

Hi Team,

We have done Integration between Azure and ServiceNow using the Service Graph connector for Azure.

Most of the data sources are running fine but for some of the data sources. The job to load data is getting cancelled and giving below error.

Error executing script : org.mozilla.javascript.JavaScriptException: The current subscription type is not permitted to perform operations on any provider namespace. Please use a different subscription.

Has anyone encountered this issue and provide some guidance.

Hi @Rohan31 ,

Please check it must be permission issue with Subscription to which you want to import , please check the correct access issue with Azure support team for Service Graph connector and check once again.

Hi Ajay,

Thanks for the sharing the community link but that is something that we already went through when we were setting up the connection and Service Principal.

The issue lies with individual subscriptions and we are checking with Azure team for that.
