We are migrating SCCM 2016 to Service graph connector for SCCM and we have multiple SCCM databases. Resource ID (correlation ID) is unique to a SCCM database. However, we may have same resource ID in other databases.
Service graph connector for SCCM which uses OOB IRE rules and resource ID is one of the identifier. Due to duplicate resource IDs in different SCCM databases, data in CMDB is getting over written for each schedule job execution.
Any suggestions, please.

Thank you so much for sharing the document. It was very helpful.
However, I notice the instance connection Migration from one instance to another is not happening via update set.

Hi Gnanendra ,
Have you fixed your issue? . I have same issue . We are using multiple SCCM databases , We have same resource ID in other databases due to this data in CMDB is getting over written. we configured IRE rules with resource ID.
