I am attempting to integrate ServiceNow with Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) for automated certificate issuance. Specifically, when I submit a request through the ServiceNow Catalog, it should seamlessly flow to Microsoft AD CS to facilitate the procurement of a new certificate.
I have previously worked with DigiCert, and the integration is functioning well; moreover, DigiCert provides a connector that operates as intended. However, for Microsoft AD CS, we need to develop the integration for certificate procurement.
If anyone has experience in building this integration and can share the necessary steps, it would be greatly appreciated.
