Hello,
I have several dashboards created in PowerBI that are using story and incident data from ServiceNow through the REST API Explorer. The issue is that many of them are using metrics data from incidents and stories. It seems by adding the metrics it is not possible to run scheduled refreshes in PBI. Are there any known solutions to this issue?
