SNOW Discovery - Recommended Fields not populating with info

Good morning!

I'm new to Discovery, so please forgive me if the answer to this question is obvious. I've set up a Discovery schedule to run on one of our Linux boxes. The discovery creates a CI and populates the Required Fields with information, but fails to fill out almost all of the Recommended Fields. What troubleshooting steps should I follow to determine and resolve the issue? Thank you very much!

Recommended attributes are not necessarily fetched by Discovery. You can find out which attributes are collected by Linux Discovery in the documentation.

'Recommended' fields is a CMDB health metric which we can define for each CI class. Depending on the CI class as well as the attributes which we define, the recommended fields may or may not be populated by discovery.
