We've recently established setup with the Solarwinds SGC and see data importing daily but I'm wanting further details on the next steps.
1. The data is only within import sets right now rather than the respective CMDB tables. From here is it a case of building out transform maps and processing the import sets on a schedule?
2. I'm seeing duplicate records populating the import set tables. Is there no de-duplication processing with the SGC? How can I ensure the import sets only yield new or updated records?

@MBarrott Please use IHETL to create the mappings and setting up the schedule to import the data to actual tables. https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/vancouver-servicenow-platform/page/product/configuration-mana...
The deduplication is done at the IRE level during insertion of data to actual tables, so even if there are duplicate records in import set rows it wouldn't cause any issues.

Hi @Sandeep90 - that's great I appreciate the information. The link you provided didn't seem to work though, has the content been moved?
EDIT - scratch that, seems to be an issue on my side.
