Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue with the Problem Record page in ServiceNow. When I open the page, none of the System UI actions are working. Specifically:
- I cannot right-click on the grey area to get the option to save.
- I cannot access any of the System UI action buttons on the page, whether they are related to the list or anything else.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any suggestions on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Hi @monishasp
Practically, it's tough to say why it's not working since it's a PDI.
Here are some steps to troubleshoot:
- Try repairing the Problem Management plugin and update it if required.
- Refresh the instance.
- Use cache.do.
- If the issue persists, release the instance, but make sure to take a backup of your update set before doing so.

Hi @monishasp
Navigate to System UI > UI Actions and filter for Table = problem. Ensure that the buttons exist and are active.
