Hi all,
We're looking at capturing data integrations involving third parties in our CMDB beginning with GoAnywhere data transfers. We are currently planning on a custom CI Class that will allow us to grow the table as new data transfer types are onboarded. This would allow us to create CMDB groups and relate them back to Service Offerings provided by Third Parties.
Has anyone encountered a similar use case? Is there a better location to capture this information in CMDB?
