Unable to do service mapping for SNMP devices in ITOM

Hi Team,

I am trying to build the service mapping for SNMP devices, But there is no dependent servers in the CMDB dependency view because there is only one router.  With out dependencies  i can't build the service mapping.

Can you please provide any possibilities or suggestions here.

Hi @Sravani123 

OOB ServiceMapping required the entry point for Service Mapping discovery, You Can the Network device IP with Port on which service Mapping , also you can use the Manual connedtion if required.
