Unable to see software installations after installing ACC F & ACC Visibility

Hello,
I am doing a POC to compare the results from horizontal discovery with that of ACC to present to my leadership.
For ACC, I installed the ACC F and the agent on the client machine and also ACC Visibility on the instance.
Although I am getting the results of basic discovery like RAM, OS, CPU Count, Running processes etc but I am not able to discover the software installation instances on the device.
Policies have been enabled to collect the software installations.
I don't get to see the software installations though
Whereas for the same machine, I ran horizontal discovery from a different SN instance and was able to discover the installed softwares

Try running a Test check on the agent for the Installed software check for the Server. If you have recently installed the agent, it might take some time to update the CI. Also, try restarting the agent and the endpoint. If its still not coming up, check the acc.log to see if there are any errors with the policy.

Turns out there was an issue with the firewall that was blocking communication from the midserver to install.servicenow.com. Once I added a new outbound rule and restarted the agent, it did populate with the software installations
