Unable to show class on the reference field display for incident and change.

In my PDI I've added the attribute 'ref_ac_columns=name;sys_class_name' to task and incident but still it does not show the class.

That's not the proper place to add it for the Incident table.

1. as you've done

2. then click on the Dictionary Override record for Incident

3. and add it here

You are welcome.  The record you were initially updating basically sets up the default reference qualifier for any reference field referencing the Incident table itself.
