I have a challenge here.
I need to update only the CIs that are classified as stale.
I'll explain what I need step by step.
Step 1 - I need to identify all the ICs with the metric = staleness.
Step 2 - Update all these ICs to the status = Retired.
Step 3 - Archive these ICs.
Does anyone have a step-by-step on how to do this?
NOTE: I've tried using the ServiceNow documentation but I can't do it.
