What is the process of idea to project, any diagrams or checklist?

I hope I am in the right place, please point me in the right direction. I am a technical project manager and am new to using ServiceNow to run projects. Is there a diagram or checklist to support the Idea to Project process? Something that walks you through each step?

Use the Idea Portal and Assess and score the idea then Convert to Demand and Approved ideas become demands then Score and approve demand then Convert to Project Approved demand becomes a project. Manage Project Plan, track, and complete project tasks.

I am working on enabling Idea portal and this is the best way to get the end-to-end life cycle of demands/deliverables on the Ideas received from employees. However, if you want to track and manage your own project, start using Project workspace, create your own project and tasks to drive.
